This pub sits on the outskirts of Shotts town. Situated in a building dated 1927 it has a U-shaped bar counter and island gantry, which are believed to have come from the original Old Wine Store pub situated 100 yards up the road. The pub interior is a Regionally Important Historic Interior on website http://www.heritagepubs.org.uk/pubs/pubguide.asp Country=Scotland&County=Glasgow+and+West+of+Scotland&Town=Shotts&PubName=&TownName=&PubSort=Location&PubSearch=Search+for+all+historic+pub+interiors. There is parking available in front of the pub and the surrounding streets.
