Millport is situated about 1 hour from Glasgow and a 10-minute ferry ride and a 10-minute bus ride from Largs. Check out http://www.calmac.co.uk/destinations/cumbrae.htm for ferry times. This pub was formerly called The Last Chance Saloon, now called Tavern Bar. This is the first pub one passes when leaving the ferry to go into Millport centre. The pub is situated at the quieter end of Millport. A traditional style pub. There are 6 pubs on Millport, 4 of which serve food the 2 that do not are this one Tavern Bar and the Kelburne Bar which is just less than ½ a mile along the road.
