The Fountain Inn is situated in the middle of Mevagissey on a narrow side street.
Once inside the pub has two separate rooms, there is an oblong shaped room to the front which has a low beamed ceiling, the bar is on the rear right side, there is a stone tiled floor, there is comfy bench seating and small stools.
The room to the rear is square shaped and has bench seating and normal tables and chairs.
The pub is a St Austell tied house, there were three St Austell beers on the bar,we had a drink of St Austell Cornish Best, which was a nice drink, the other real ales were HSD and Tribute.
The pub was very busy with lots of people having meals, but you can sit anywhere.
We thought this was a decent pub to have a drink in.

Small pub on a side street close to the harbour, it seems to get packed with parties eating & therefore space is limited in either of its rooms.
Apart from that its a nice feel & the oputside is hidden behind all the greenery.
St Austells beers, 3 to choose from & kept well
