This pub was taken over by A family. Who have successfully brought it up to a high standard. The inn was built in 1780 & inside you'll be pleasantly surprised to see all the original features. I went along on different days & times on my own & was made to feel welcome. It's a small friendly bar.
They've started selling food again so I was happy to try their curry & rice. It was lovely. There's a resident band who play once a month & it's well attended by the regulars. If you've never been go along as you'll be pleasantly surprised
