Located at the back of the Holborn Hotel, the front is labelled as the Red Pepper Restaurant, this is a modern styled café bar with a long bar counter and an even longer room stretching on towards a pool table. Usual trendy accoutrements of leather armchairs, multiple screens and fancy lighting, with cream, red and mirror clad walls. Fairly standard keg only range with Hoegaarden being the brightest choice, served by friendly but frequently invisible staff. Although maybe yoof oriented the customer age range was 18-50 when I dropped in.
