Soup Dragon left this review about Granny Annies
Formerly a Spoons, but was sold to the Granny Annie chain a while back. The interior is on several levels and just rammed with eclectic stuff - including mirrors, a clock collection and a table and chairs hanging upside down from the ceiling. The bogs are made out like a tin shed car garage, so you wash in a tyre - well, each to their own. No music and lots of TVs showing sport. It is a food place too - though I didnt want to eat (others did and said it was OK). Service was friendly and the place was busy enough with people eating. No real ale of course, but a number of keg beers so i tried Clonmel Lager and what turned out to be a nice Irish cider called Orchard Thieves. Not really my kind of place, but a decent drinks choice.
