There is a pool table and dartboard at the entrance of the Iron Monkey before some steps that lead up to a long and thin bar area with a serving counter up the right that faces seating up the left. Televisions are located throughout for showing live football, there was nothing on during my visit so Sky Sports News was muted whilst some background music played. There are two hand pumps on the bar, but one was unused and the Hobgoblin was off leaving and standard and premium keg range. The service was polite, but this is more of a weekend bar.
