Soup Dragon left this review about The Albion

A small terraced cottage-styled pub with central entrance in a recently re-rendered cream and looking tidy. There is a patio area at the back.

The interior has an L-shaped room in cream and a chocolate colour with beamed ceiling and a wood and stone flag floor. There are a couple of dart boards and there is a pool table, so good for the pub games. There is a TV, which was showing Aresenal being hammered by Manchester Utd, much to the delight of the 'Manchester' locals! There is some brass ephemera on the beams for a little interest. The service was friendly and the locals too. The music was general and at adecent level.

Beer; usual tap stuff with a decent enough Guinness. There was a Doombar handpull, but the clip was turned around.

A basic pub really without the real ale, but it has its pub games. Happy enough that i dropped in. Friendly.
