Large traditional town pub, still as described in earlier review.

A fantastic looking Georgian terraced pub. The frontage is in white render, with black paintwork. The lower facade is in a rusticated style, with the upper sash windows having a curved surround and two dormer windows perched on top. The ends of the building are moulded to look like columns.
The interior has three areas. To the left on entry is a serving bar in a nice little room that is wood panelled, with cream ceiling and grey carpet. To the right and through an arch i could make out a pool room, in red, with a TV showing Sky Sports News. Down a few stairs, en route to the bog, i found a lounge/bar with sofas and TV, again with Sky on - a younger persons area with WKD posters on the wall. I returned quickley to my drink! There was nothing really in the pub in the way of pictures or ephemera and there was no music on at my visit. The service was fine and there were just a couple of locals in.
Beer; usual tap stuff with a decent enough Doombar and Stingo (i failed to note the brewery) on handpull.
Again, like the pubs around the corner, i was happy enough to stop for a swifty, but i could imagine this to be a youger persons place later on in the evening.
