Cask was one out of three functioning hand pumps providing a well below average Brains SA. Keg was Moretti, original and dark fruits SB, San Miguel, Guinness, Carling, Brains IPA Smooth, Carlsberg, Stella, Inch's, Aspall.
Quite a large Brains pub up a steep hill with a sizeable car park out the front. Inside the bar counter is along the rear wall with a tiled skirt in an otherwise carpeted venue. Regular tables and chairs and some booth tables and banquettes throughout. Plenty of TV's showing the racing and rugby, unusually for location with racing commentary and silence on the rugby (maybe a reflection of the attraction of Welsh rugby at the moment). A couple of unused fire grates in the venue, which also boasted a pool table and a dart board. With the poor cask beer offering I didn't stay long.
