Knocked-through long and rattly locals’ boozer. Partial COVID refurb in evidence though the furniture remains as was and fabric on the rear banquettes is worn to the quick. Jukebox playing Blondie at Friday night volume on Monday afternoon whilst the telly did it’s best to compete with the Kerrang music channel. One naked pump so it was another half of passable Guinness. Friendly young barmaid who I assumed must have been as deaf as a post working in here, certainly lacking the gumption to switch one of the blaring aural assaults off, anyway.
