A former big hitter which now finds itself out of the GBG. Looks smart externally (and spot the ale brewers mural to the right on the patio) whilst inside there’s is a tidy modern interior, with friendly punters and staff in situ on early Saturday evening. Just the one ale available in the form of GK Abbot (now we see why it’s drooped out the GBG) but it was pretty good (NBSS 3.5) and much better than wot the CAMRAs picked elsewhere in the locale on this showing. 6.5
