A nice little Sam Smith's house, reopened after 5 years or so but who knows how long for, although it does seem to be building a good local following. It has a tidy, traditional interior with no modern fripperies for the one main room with the bar, a small snug and a games room, with some outdoor tables on the green outside. Sadly no cask ale, which I was told is due to the size of the cellar, nor any food at present. Hopefully it will survive and develop.
