After a false start ordering a Yardbird which had run off, I got a Greene King IPA, as poor a beer as expected especially now its been watered down. I’ll describe the place in spite of the shite beer which I over-ordered, I should have had a half but forgot myself. Basically it’s a U shape with booth seating down the sides and a central servery. Let’s face it it’s a Greene King fodder barn in older clothes, you can get a poor quality pint of beer but honestly why bother? It’s a white painted building possibly built in the 1930s as an improved pub, it’s a bit similar in shape to the Queens Arms in Chapel Allerton.
