Strongers . left this review about The Tiger Inn

I visited the open plan Tiger Inn for some lunch on a recent Wednesday, it was quiet with just two other groups, both were eating. The entrance opens onto a long and thin pub with laminate floored seating to the left where a dartboard hangs on the rear wall and an exposed stone fireplace with burner sits on the left-hand wall. A tartan carpeted bar area is to the right of the entrance where a serving counter runs across the rear facing banquette seating along the front wall. The banquette seating continues up the right-hand wall to another stone fireplace with a second dartboard hung above it. The televisions were airing MTV 80s which supplied the background music. Available from the bar on the five hand pumps were Theakston’s Old Peculiar and Best, Cameron’s Strongarm and Road Crew alongside Vaux Brewery’s Pale Ale. A standard keg range was also available alongside Madri. I went for a burger which was substantial in size with chips and onion rings, but it was very greasy. The service was very friendly, but I think I’ll try another pub next time I’m in the area.
