A pub for everyone. It has a restaurant, a good selection of beers, and a pool table. This is indeed rare for a pub, with such a good restaurant. A very enjoyable evening ensued.

Badsey is an important asparagus-growing area. 'Gras' is the local word for the seasonal delicacy, which is only on sale locally from Easter (weather permitting) until 21 June. Naturally, the pub features asparagus extensively on its menu.
