Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Old Bell Hotel
The splendid arcaded exterior of this old hotel irresistibly tempts me in; and whilst the semi-modern refurbished interior of the two-part bar is a bit of a let down, it is still a decent-enough place. Also has some courtyard tables out back. As a Wadworth house, 6X, IPA, Horizon and the seasonal Dray Bells (£3.45) were available from the four handpumps.

Small and traditional old Wadworth's hotel in town centre. Some walls have evidently been taken out so the bar acts as an island between two rooms, the one behind being more food-based and the front room having some good drinking areas. Lots of old wood gives quite a comfortable feel.Courtyard area at rear with function room behind.

A Wadworth outlet thoroughly refurbed last year. Staple shaped interior with a nice rear courtyard. Well done-up, with frosted leaded windows at the front being of note, though it did make the interior a bit dim. Mute Sky Sports News on the telly. Four Waddies ales - 6x, Farmers Glory (good), Henry's IPA and Horizon. Barmaid had the softest hands I’ve ever encountered (when giving the change, I'd best point out...). Not bad.
