According to Wakefield CAMRA, the Grove Lea is now a 'One Stop' mini-mart, a brand owned by Tesco. What a surprise.

I am new to this area of Pontefract having been away for a good number of years and I have been given a warm and friendly welcome when I visited the Grove Lea , There are pub quizzes , pool , darts , disco , karaoke and a very decent pint.
