Real Ale Ray left this review about Millers Bar

A good solid pub offering cask ale at £3 a pint on our Saturday afternoon visit, plus the food menu was also reasonably priced and a good selection on the menu of pub staples. The pub was busy on our visit with groups of people calling in for the Bottomless Brunch and taking advantage of the canalside beer garden.
A choice of 5 ales on handpump, Vocation Bread & Butter, Craven Brews BYB & EFA, Salamander Python Porter and Saltaire Blonde.

Blue Scrumpy left this review about Millers Bar

Just over the bridge and the opposite side of the River Calder from the town centre, next to a large industrial unit, this pub is well appointed and stocks a reasonable selection of real ales. Whilst it struggles to contend with the Crafty Fox or the nearby Market Tavern, I wouldn't hesitate to include it in any future crawl of Brighouse.

In fact, there were a total of 7 real ales on sale. Timothy Taylor Landlord is the regular beer. Guests were Nailmaker Jester, Elland Blonde, Nightjar Pirate Radio, Copper Dragon Black Gold, Brew York Haze of Thunder & Vocation Bread & Butter.

Decent pub that I was surprised not to find in the last few editions of the Good Beer Guide, having last been featured in 2019.

Alan Winfield left this review about Millers Bar

Millers Bar is a white painted stand alone pub that has some sort factory as a back drop.
Once inside there is a U shaped room with the bar facing, there is bench seating and chairs to the right, the left side is down two steps where there are normal tables and chairs.
There was a good choice of real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Salopian Darwins Origin which was a very nice drink, the other real ales noted were Bradfield farmers Blonde,Ghost Phantom,Taylor Landlord plus three more a failed to note.
There was background music playing and the pub was very busy on my Saturday afternoon visit.
I thought this was a very pleasant pub to have a drink in.

ROB Camra left this review about Millers Bar

This pub looks fairly traditional on the outside, but the inside has been smartened up in a very modern style on 2 levels. Flag flooring and generally grey decor. The furniture is partially dining tables and chairs along with some comfy seating. There's some outside seating on beer barrels in a fantasicc beer garden right next to the canal along with some benches etc. Back inside I only saw 6 handpumps which were selling a mix of guest ales plus a real cider. My pint of Ossett Mill End Mild was in great condition. I really liked this pub and especially enjoyed the beer garden.

Old Boots left this review about Millers Bar

Single uber modern style room with a u-shaped counter, 7 pulls of small brewery beers and more interesting kegs. Trendy grey and new flags with mixed furnishing decor but the service and beer are pretty good. Canal side garden, piped music complete the picture. There was a beer festival going on in the upstairs room which is a bit of a puzzle to find as the pub is a bit of a maze.
