Bar Breeze has been unimaginatively been renamed Forty Two. It’s not the biggest place so the ten or so people in attendance during my recent early Saturday evening visit made if feel busier than it was. There are two rooms and a band was setting up in the rear. Live music is hosted here every weekend, there is salsa dancing on Mondays and open mic on Tuesdays.
The bar is in the front room where standard draught products are available alongside Red Stripe and a barrel of Turners Brewery’s Best was sitting on the bar. A plasma screen was showing Championship football via Sky Sports and there is a quiz machine and an arcade machine that has a large gun on the front of it.

I wasn’t that keen on this bar and would walk past it I found myself in the area again.
