Recently redecorated. There are two bars (lounge and public) and a large beer garden at the rear. Lounge is more food oriented. There were three casks on when I visited (Harveys, Doom Bar, and Youngs) and the usual selection of lagers. The pub is dog friendly. There is ample car parking and the pub is close to the 700 bus route. A beer festival is held in July.
