Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Jack & Jill
Named after the famous pair of windmills, high above the village on the South Downs. The pub itself has two bars in a L-shaped layout, with the main dining and function rooms further back to the right. All parts very traditional, with diverse ephemera on the walls and ceilings. After a busy Christmas / Boxing day weekend, just Cosmia from Downlands (£5.95) and Silly Moo cider from the bank of three handpumps on each counter.

The pub's location is good for walkers, cyclists etc and the selection of Ales and Lagers are different, this doesn't mean unpleasant, and not run of the mill.
The garden was nice with lots for the kids to do.
Main gripes are the food was very expensive and we thought this was due to mega portions. We were dissappointed after along walk on the Downs!
