The Richmond Arms is an L shaped local’s boozer located by a pedestrian bridge over the adjacent railway line. The interior houses a pool table one side of the bar and a dartboard and fruit machine the other. During my recent Saturday evening visit there were 5 - 10 locals and the jukebox was blaring out hits such as Brothers in Arms. This is a very basic pub with conversation I would expect in the Queen Vic. I found the atmosphere to be threatening and will not be returning.
