A detached 60s estate styled pub, with extension at the back, or is it the front, in which the lounge is situated. There is a patio area.

The interior has two rooms; a bar and a lounge. The bar had a pool table and TV and looked like it was in cream decor, but this room had the local lads playing, so i went to the lounge. The lounge looked quite tidy, considering i wasn't sure from the exterior that the pub was actually open, but it has two car-parks, both in a little need of pot-hole filling, one each at the front and back - i parked at the back, i think! Anyway, the lounge - it is in cream and wood panel and has old photos of the area on the walls. It looked recently refurbished and had a mix of locals within, with Bargain Hunter, or such like on the TV. There seemed to be facilities of a pull down screen and a pile of sound equipment in the corner. The service was fine.

Beer; tap stuff with an fair Banks's MILD on handpull.

A locals pub, and due to a few looks i got, best left to them.
