The Bar area seems popular with many local clientelle and is situated on a busy main road. This pub has an Indian restaurant area attached called Desi. This is where this establishment fails badly. The service was appaling. No plates, cutlery or serviettes to eat the cold poppadums. Unappetising looking food swimming in oil left on the table by a 'waiter'? wearing a puffa coat. Still no plates or cutlery after five minutes waiting. We voted with our feet only to be threatened and verbally abused by the chef who demanded payment for something we hadn't and couldn't eat. He took a mobile phone from the table and refused to return it until the meal was paid for. He eventually gave it back but not before more verbal abuse. Its a good job no large parties arrived to eat Your chef would never have coped. We were the only customers in there on a Friday night, that speaks for itself. Sorry New Fullbrook, get rid of the restaurant,Epic fail.

A large detached brick corner pub. The interior is vast. It has three rooms; a dining room all painted white it seems and a bar that has Sky TV, which is a bit bland and scruffy – but is in the process of being done out by the new owners. The third room seems to be a function room. The service was nice enough and the clientele a little ‘older’, but friendly enough. I seem to remember popping in here once several years back, prior to a Walsall match. The beer was simply the usual stuff on keg, with Highgate MILD, which was ok. Just a nothing kind of place at the moment and a little out of the way for me, so I wouldn’t bother going back. Needs a bit of time to see how it goes – good luck to them

Reopen again, and now a Highgate pub. Highgate mild, bitters and lager all on offer all round £2.00 a pint. Other lagers availiable too.
New people determined to make a go of it, and it's well worth a visit.
And, and this is the big bonus. They have Setanta.
