This was a handy spot for a quick beer whilst waiting for a bus outside to take us on to Knowle. The interior was bright and modern and consisted of a couple of seating areas either side of the main side entrance. The main bar and kitchen area, along with a wood burning pizza could be found after the short lobby entrance, towards the rear. Three handpumps on our visit, serving Wye Valley HPA, Pitchfork Single Header and 3D Goalski. We went for the Wye Valley HPA, which was in good nick, but as this is a hotel, expect to pay £4 a pint.

Hotel and bar just opposite the train station. Very smart inside with 3 beers on during my visit. I had a well kept pint from Froth Blowers brewery.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Forest
Upmarket bar, restaurant and hotel handily placed opposite the station. Several seating and dining areas, all with smart modern furniture and decor. Tasteful patio beer garden to one side, plus a few tables on a narrow front terrace. Three handpumps on the counter, dispensing Wye Valley HPA, Heron from Animal Brewing and Burton Bridge Reaper (£3.80, and in good shape).

Rather mundane modern bar with no character inside the hotel & opposite the railway station. Certain areas were reserved & empty on my visit meaning a lot of people were standing.
All a bit of a standard hotel bar, though there was a small beer festival tent outside with about 10 real ales.
