An unispiring 1960s house style detached brick building, with patio

The interior is open plan in white, red and wood panel. There are a few old photos and prints on the walls and there is Sky TV, a pool table and a dart area (though board may have been removed). The service was fine and the clientele friendly enough and mixed, its main problem as far as i was concerned was the level of the music on the jukebox - a bit overpowering.

Beer; tap stuff with a decent Banks' MILD on handpull, along with Jennings Cumberland Ale and Banks's Bitter.

A better than basic pub for its beer, but the real ale fans will go to the Britannia over the road
