Soup Dragon left this review about The Red Lion Inn

This is a rather uninspiring modern undressed brick corner pub with a beer patio at the back.

The interior is generally an L-shaped room, with a small area to the side in which there is a pool table - slightly cramped but it is only 50p a game! The decor is toffee coloured fake beams with cream panelling along with a white ceiling and a brown tile floor. There are no real pictures on the walls or any real ephemera/ornaments dotted around so it feels a bit bare. There is a dart board on one wall and a TV in the back of the pub, but this wasn't on. There was easy listening music on at a decent level. The service was fine and there were a few mature locals in.

Beer; no real ale, all the usual keg stuff with a poor Banks's MILD sold for a couple of quid.

Another basic place, with nothing for the real ale fan and too be honest, a poor keg MILD. Not one i would seek out again.
