This is one of those unlikely English Pub/Thai Restaurant chimeras that you find in unlikely places. Anyway the pub side of the operations is alright, with the Timothy Taylor relationship as documented by Ian below. So Landlord and Boltmaker on the pumps, supplemented by Abbot and Butty Bach. Indeed the Boltmaker, a rarity this far south, was in top form and cheerfully served.
I doubt the Manor House was ever the manor house, but it's stately enough building, with plenty of outside seating, a brook, and a kiddies play area too.
It's not a destination pub but is a pleasant enough local.

Impressive building. Timothy Taylor advertised externally on a green sign and indeed, they do have landlord on draft.
No lunch served on a Saturday Lunchtime (they do on evening and I believe on Sundays) so didnt stop, as we were looking for somewhere to eat.
