Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Cottage
Side-street Wells & Co pub, given a major refurbishment at some stage. The opened-out L-shaped interior comprises a small lounge to the left of the entrance, the main bar area on the corner and more seating further back. A substantial and partly covered patio beer garden can also be found at the rear, together with a few benches on the front pavement. Disappointingly, only Anchorman (£4.80) and Old Rosie cider available from a pair of handpumps, although Brewpoint's Foghorn, Lodestar and Supernova are among the keg tap offerings.

Roy Collins left this review about Earlsdon Cottage Inn
Prime example of how to ruin a wonderful old boozer.Spend loads of money knocking rooms through and decorating in modern minimalistic style.Think you are going to attract the young glitterati by playing loud music and selling "trendy" drinks.Meanwhile, the real drinkers are relegated to a small bar devoid of any atmosphere, It does not work.
