Well described below and with the same choice of Doom Bar or Pedigree on my visit. The Pedigree was fine and the service was friendly. Happy enough to have called in for one.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Toby Carvery Hall Green
Still a very impressive building (presumably once called the Robin Hood, given that is the name of the adjacent roundabout), and although painted in the usual purple shades it is thankfully not despoiled with the usual fake half-timbered look. In a way it also benefits from the mature trees around the perimeter, but that does mean that the passing traffic misses quite an eye-catching structure. Nothing to note in the various seating / dining areas around the central bar and carvery, but there are also some wooden benches in small patio gardens on both sides. Just Doom Bar (£2.90) and Pedigree from two of three handpumps, but at least it does do real ale.
