An black and white corner cottage style pub with central entrance
The interior was techically open plan; it was irregular in shape and it did have two 'areas', though it was one room. Decorated in orange and white, there were a few general pictures on the walls, wood seating and a brick fireplace. The service was very good and the clientele small and mature. We ate here, i had a simple dinner of bangers and mash for £3 and was quite happy. The music was very quiet.
Beer; tap stuff with Bass, Black Sheep and Adnams bitter on handpull, along with a more than decent Hook Norton bitter.
An excellent little pub, another that i wouldn't mind returning to - a good traditional place.

A friendly drinkers pub, no loud music or football. Good for a quiet pint and a chat.
