Nick Davies left this review about The Plough & Harrow
Whitnash was once a small village to the south of Leamington, long subsumed into suburban sprawl, though some like to keep up the pretence that it's a town in its own right. The Plough and Harrow is in the original core and dates from the seventeenth century.
Any resemblance to a country pub has, of course, long since gone but it remains an excellent community local. Bar with stone floor and fireplace leading to a pool table area at the rear, and a more restauranty lounge to the left with another fireplace and some comfy chairs. There's a big garden and kiddies play area. The welcome is friendly and the beer good, with Hophead and spot-on Landlord among the more usual suspects.
Well worth a look if you are in the area and the best of the choices locally.
