Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Queens Head
Quite an attractive pub with a Brewers' Tudor façade, with a few wooden benches on a grassed area between the front car park and the busy A25. Three-part interior comprising the bar in the centre, a dining area on the right-hand side (although they don't currently do food, except barbecues in the substantial rear beer garden on Bank Holiday Mondays) and a darts area off to the left. As a Greene King house, it was natural to find Old Speckled Hen on one of the three handpumps, but the Harvey's (£5.20) on another was a bit more of a surprise this far into Surrey.

More restaurant than pub, yet another one ripe for refurbishing into the traditional village pub it once was. Just getting rid of the sofas would help.
Anyway the beer, Harveys Best, was in excellent condition today and landlord perfectly pleasant.
All who like run of the mill gastropubs will be content here.
