This, I'm afraid is one of Young's corporate refurbisher's vandalisations of what was a perfectly decent pub. I say 'pub', because that's what it calls itself. The reality is a restaurant with kindergarten attached. The kindergarten, sorry, bar, is the usual stripped wood, heavy tables, sofas, concealed lighting affair with the walls painted a dirty faecal brown colour, depriving the place of any semblance of atmosphere at all, and its primary function is to be a holding area for screaming kids while their parents eat their microwaved food in the amazingly expensive restaurant. Its only saving grace is that it does sell Y&W beer and thanks to some brainstorm by the local branch has found its way into the GBG.

One point for decent beer, and another for the decent bogs. Otherwise pass this one by.
