The Hallbottomgate Inn was a 60s built pub.
Once inside the pub was fairly big with the bar at the front and a smarter lounge to the rear,i had a drink in the bar and found this room to be quite comfortable.
The pub was a Bass tied house and there was one real ale on the bar which was Worthington bitter on handpump, this was a decent drink.
This was a decent enough pub and it is a shame that it has now gone forever.
