Strongers . left this review about The Bushel

The Bushel is a Greene King pub that I visited not long before Halloween when the four hand pumps were drawing their IPA and Abbot alongside Belhaven’s Haunted Highlander and Lilley’s Crazy Ghost cider. Premium and GK craft keg were also available from the barman who stated that £2.75 was cheap for a half as he handed me an IPA, which I thought was very expensive. I’m not sure if he was taking the piss, was mad in a hatter kind of way, or was just high, either way I didn’t appreciate it.
To the left of the entrance is a seating area with red banquettes and the bar area is down a step to the right where the counter is found on the rear wall where it faces four high tables to the front. There’s some raised seating behind the counter and another step down to the right of the bar accesses seating up the right that I didn’t investigate. I suppose this place is OK, but there are better options nearby, so I’ll probably not visit again.
