Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Queens Head

Quite a low, white painted building retaining two separate bars and a function room to the right-hand side. The main counter is in the large but plain rear bar which has a popular dartboard and a separate back room. However, the smaller front lounge is rather more homely, with wood panelling, an old settle and what must once have been a grand fireplace. Food also available most lunchtimes and evenings. Just one real ale available from a total of three handpumps; a reasonable Doom Bar (£4.10).
