Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Blacksmiths Arms

Rather anonymous pub / restaurant, with a partly opened-out interior comprising a bar area at the front and a much larger dining room further back. Also has a patio beer garden to the rear. Pedigree and Bass (£3.70) from two of the three visible handpumps.

Quinno _ left this review about The Blacksmiths Arms

Locals pub with a nice-if-bland recent refurb. A few people in when we arrived, all of whom bar three left on the final whistle of the football match shown on the telly. Three ales on; Bass, Pedigree and Everards Anise. I tired the latter which I didn’t realise was actually a dark aniseed-infused beer. It was in OK shape if not exactly enjoyable to drink (my bad!). Notably friendly barmaid kept me cheery as I struggled through. It’s fine here for what it is.
