Alan Winfield left this review about Yellow Lion

The Yellow Lion is a nice looking pub that is situated in an equally nice area of Greasbrough.
Once inside there was a single L shaped room, the front right area was carpeted and had very comfy bench seating, the rear right had a stone floor and a TV showing the derby v Forest game, the left side had a pool table and a few tables and chairs.
The ceiling was part beamed giving the pub a cosy feel.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Bradfield farmers Blonde which seemed fairly bland, the other beer was John Smiths cask.
There were a few other customers in on my saturday dinner visit.
I quite liked this pub.
