Will Larter left this review about The Plough Inn

A popular village local which is going from strength to strength, including a recent pub of the season award from the local Camra branch. There are two rooms, but we only went in the front room, which has an open fire and comfortable seating. There are three hand pumps, one of which is in the other room, so the pump clip is repeated on the main bar in the front. On the occasion of our visit there were three beers on, Old Mill Blonde Bombshell and two from Wentworth: Challenge and Imperial. We went for the latter, which is a well-balanced best bitter of the type that gets better the more you drink. We were on a walk that we'd seen described in the local Camra magazine, Donny Drinker, so we didn't stop long, but we'd be happy to call in again.
