Annie Murray's is situated in the middle of Barnsley at the top end of one of its arcades.
Once inside there is a single long narrow room with the bar on the front right side,the front area has a tiled floor and bench seating and small stools opposite the bar,the rear area is bare boarded and has tall tables and chairs.
There were no real ales on the bar,which was no surprise,i had a drink of the really crap John Smiths Extra Cold Crap,which was crap.
There was a TV to the front and background music was playing.
There was a decent amount of younger drinkers in who were on a night out round town.
Nothing special about this pub at all.
