The Anglers Rest is a small pub that is very close to the larger Last Orders pub.
Once inside there is a small L shaped room,there is a pool table to the front right,plus a darts board to the far right,the main seating area is a small area to the rear left which looks like it used to be a seperate room,there were normal tables and chairs and a curved pew seatin this area,this small area faced the bar.
There were five real ales on the bar with four from Geeves brewery,i had a drink of Geeves Clear Cut which was a very nice well kept beer,the other beers from Jeeves were Navvys Nighcap and Smokey Joe,the one guest beer was from Arkwright brewery on a giant pump clip with loads of writing and what looked like Jimmy Hendrix on it.
The pub was empty on my Saturday dinner visit which was a shame with the beer being so nice here.
