Large establishment comprising an ‘adult dining area’ to the left, a ‘family dining area’ in the middle, and an ‘adults only pub’ to the right rear, each with a separate entrance from the car park at the front. However, should you fail to spot the notices pointing out these distinctions and take the wrong entrance, you could be forgiven for failing to appreciate them once inside. If attracted by the ‘real ales now being served’ sign, you may also be disappointed to find two hand pulls with permanently reversed GK IPA and Old Speckled Hen clips. A half of San Miguel comes in at £1.65. Predictable chain pub menu centred on burgers, sharing platters, etc (burger and drink offer £5.79), and games machines, jukebox, Sky Sports and Wifi, and a large garden to the rear.
