A huge, modern, sterile entertainment complex consisting of a paved terrace by the main road, a car park on the other side of the road, a rectangular bar and dining area, and a pay-to-enter function room. The dominant smell on entry is the carvery, part of the bar and food servery which stretches the full width of the room. It is soulless, impersonal and noisy, much like a huge works canteen or a pensioners’ prison refectory. Dogs are not allowed in, the staff are not at all welcoming or helpful and there is no real ale or cider; we were told they served Doombar but none was available when we visited. I have no desire to return.

OK, so it's actually a bar in the Warren Farm Holiday & Touring Centre, but if you're on the beach for the day it's a handy place to pop into. Nothing special but it saves an otherwise long trek to the nearest pubs at Uphill. On the whole below average - certainly not the stupid 'perfect pub' 10/10 of the previous reviewer's sole review.

Chalet style pub at the front of a caravan park. There is a carpark opposite and everything is on the level so its very good for wheelchair users.
The beach is hidden by the sand dunes.
The interior has a bar/cafateria type severy and huge club room. Beer and lager in kegs. Very busy during the holiday season with families and can be quite noisey. Then again they are on holiday.
