The Kings Head is a nice looking corner pub that is in Smallthornes shopping area.
Once inside the pub had two seperate rooms,the bar was to the left,this room was L shaped and was part carpeted with bench seating and small stools and chairs,there was also a table skittles table in this room.
The lounge to the right was smaller than the bar and looked a bit smarter.
There were three pumps on the bar with two in use but the landlady was pulling beer off the third pump,i had a drink of Banks's bitter which was a decent drink,the other beer was Bass.
This is a proper unaltered pub that is fairly basic,i quite enjoyed having a drink in this pub.
