Looks pretty from the outside but the interior has been bashed about and painted in rather naff mushroom shades, two rooms separated by a knocked through doorway. Sports TV in both rooms accompanied by a loud buzzing noise of indeterminate origin. Unusable dart board. Live music advertised. Two ales, a pish Belhaven and a decent (well about as ‘decent’ as this brew gets) Morland. One to swerve next time.

Pub that is mostly Thai restaurant, there is a bar area at the back of the restaurant tables but I've lost the notes about what is sold, probably a mix of keg and mediocre GK products as in most Wantage pubs.
