The only pub in the Berinsfield estate south of Oxford and the end unit in a line of commercial premises. L-shaped and carpeted and still retaining the patina of two rooms, this was bereft of real ale as you'd expect and had a fair few glasses over the pump handles of the keg offerings. A 500ml bottle of Tyskie lager for £3.40 was a bargain, but the barman and two of his cronies were people you'd probably want to cross the street to avoid. An outside contender for worst pub of the year, but I have been in worse.
