Off the main Sandford / Littlemore drag and on the road towards Blackbird Leys, this is a two-roomed Cotswold Stone style building with a main bar area to the left on entry, sunken and containing a pool table to the far left along with a dart board and a flat screen TV up against the fireplace stack to the right-hand wall. A quieter Lounge bar is located through a right-hand door with bar stools, standard tables and chairs and a strange U-shaped bench seating combo against the far right-hand wall. A disappointing two-ale salvo of GK IPA and Abbot (Abbot in the sports bar and GK IPA in the Lounge with the Abbot a surprising £1.50 a half) means this is unlikely a revisit any time soon.
