A village pub with two contrasting rooms: the bar to one side and a restaurant area to the other. The bar has 1980s sort of decor, with patterned carpet, leatherette seating etc. Nothing especially exceptional nor offensive. Beers seemed to be supplied mainly from Belhaven, with a reasonable Golden Bay on handpump as the cask offering.
